Our team of experienced counselors uses a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, to help our clients overcome negative thought patterns and behaviors. We believe in a holistic approach to substance abuse and mental/behavioral health, addressing both the mind and body.

Our team is made up of licensed therapists who specialize in a variety of areas, including substance use disorder, depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, domestic abuse and relationship issues. We are dedicated to providing personalized care to each of our clients, and are committed to ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest research and techniques.
